Alors on Danse - Submission

When you are learning a completely new set of sounds, it is almost inevitable that you will be saying certain things wrong.  There is simply too much new information for your brain to process perfectly all at once.  This is why it is essential that you receive feedback so that you know what exactly you need to work on.

Now that you have the lyrics memorized, it's time to record yourself and send in the recording for me to review.  I will then use Soundcloud's timed-comments feature to pinpoint the exact phonemes that you are mispronouncing and provide you with instructions for fixing them.  Submitting recordings for personal feedback is the most important aspect of this course, so don't skip it.  If you are shy about your singing, just chant the lyrics.  You can also submit privately so that only I will hear your recording.

Submission

Now that you have it committed to memory, it is time to double check that you are singing it correctly.  On this page, you will submit a recording to French@mimicmethod.com for review.

Follow the link below to submit your recording.  When recording:
  • Include your name in the submission title.
  • Title your track: AD L1 - Your Name
record & submit
Congratulations!  You just completed your first Flow of French Lesson and learned your first set of French song lyrics with Rhythmic Phonetic Training.  You will hear back from me within 24 hours on Soundcloud when I provide feedback on your submission In the meantime, you may continue with The Next Lesson.
